Radisson Red Madrid Hotel

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides a complete offer of menus for every occasion: business meals, cocktails, and coffee breaks. The business centre and 24-hour front desk offered great convenience during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was the delayed invoice, which required multiple follow-up calls to resolve.

The hotel's decor is lovely, with elegant art-filled spaces and a charming glass-ceilinged entrance hall that provides plenty of natural light. This creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior people looking to relax and enjoy their surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility, with elevators and a convenient location near the Atocha train station and the metro, makes it easy for senior guests to explore the city with minimal hassle.

I would appreciate better assistance from the children working there.

The facilities are clean and modern with stunning decor. Excellent breakfast option available, albeit slightly pricey. Conveniently close to the Atocha train station with easy access to the airport.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to museums and restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a great variety of choices, including fresh fruits, breads, cold cuts, and freshly squeezed juices.

Madrid is a vibrant city and staying at this hotel made it easy for us to explore iconic spots like the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofia Museum. We could stroll through the Buen Retiro Park and enjoy authentic tapas at the local restaurants, all just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

The rooms are well-designed, equipped with comfortable beds and suitable for work. The breakfast is of good quality and variety, and the staff are prompt to offer peaceful rooms with exceptional service.

The hotel may, unfortunately, have some noise issues due to poor insulation from surrounding sounds.

This hotel is so underrated it's unreal! The decor is great and the vibe is perfect for a city break. It's definitely on my top list of places to stay now. Also, the location is amazing, with everything in walking distance!

I loved my stay at this hotel! It was conveniently located near a few night clubs, right beside a train station, in the city centre and the staff at the reception desk gave very good service. The room was soundproofed and had air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a in-room safe. The breakfast buffet was stunning and I loved the snack bar in the lounge area.

Definitely recommend this hotel to any family looking for a comfortable place to stay.
